Frosch Cleaning products review

    Holiday season is here and getting my home ready is my top priority right now.  I like to start early so that when unexpected company comes I won’t get caught off guard. I love cleaning my home.....oh wait! I meant, I like when home is all cleaned up.  I like good cleaners that make my work easier but always had to mask chemical odors in those household cleaners with room fresheners :(

    I tried a few green cleaners, even though loved that it was all natural and no chemicals but they did not work well for everyday cleaning.

    I recently got a chance to try 2 of Frosch products and am impressed. The products were not just environmentally friendly but worked as good as traditional cleaners.

Lavender Sanitizing Cleaner

    I tried the Lavender Sanitizing Cleaner is my bathroom where I do need extra strong cleaning and sanitizing but definitely don't need chemicals. It cleaned well and at the end everything was sparkly and no harsh fumes only lavender scent in the bathroom. This spray not just sanitizes but inhibits bacterial growth.  My 4 yr old daughter was so excited and asked if I had flowers hidden in bathroom :) Its a first time that I did not have to spray an air freshener after cleaning!






Unscented Sensitive Provitamin Dishwashing Liquid

 

 

 

    Now with holidays, comes tons of cooking :) Every time I wash dishes, I feel my skin gets more drier especially in winters. I love how Frosch Provitamin Dishwashing Liquid not just helps me get sparkly dishes but also is moisturizing for my skin. It has no fragrance or dyes so it 's good for sensitive skin too! The vegan formula infused with B5 prevents dry, chapped skin.  This would be perfect for washing baby bottles too.

        The festival of Diwali is never complete without exchange of gifts. Decorating pumpkins with my 4 yr old! #DisneySide

 

 

 

 

First of all, I would say....I can't believe Halloween is almost here. This year is going way faster than ever. After a recent field trip to a pumpkin farm and picking her favorite pumpkins, next thing on my daughter's mind was decorating them :) 

 

 

 

 

 I would admit, I have never carved a pumpkin...and I was really scared to handle tools around my daughter...so we opted to color and decorate. And it was way more fun and my daughter could do it all. She loves when she can complete a craft project without me helping her.  There are variety of kits to decorate pumpkins available at store, we chose Disney ones :)

 



 

 

We love these Ikea tables for all kind of coloring projects, we started by coating our pumpkin with black paint.

Once it was all colored and dried, it was more of just peeling the stickers and attaching it to our pumpkin face Minnie.

I totally recommend it for fun Halloween craft ideas with kids :) Love showing our #DisneySide in every celebration.

I am a big fan of Coke and almost drink it everyday.  It's a part of every celebration in my life. I was so excited when I got a chance to try this through Bzzagent. Coca-Cola Life is made with the genuinely sweet combination of cane sugar and stevia leaf extract, it's perfect for your tireless quest to make every moment of your day just a little bit more memorable. Love the taste and so happy that its made of cane sugar :)

Eggplant curry (Baingan ki sabji)

 

 

Ingredients:

1. small eggplant (8 pcs, sliced)
2. 1/4th onion sliced
3. 1/2 tomato sliced
4. 1 green chilli sliced
5. salt according to taste
6. haldi 1/4 tsp
7. dry mango powder (amchur) 1/4 tsp
8. oil 1 tbsp.

 





 

 

• In a pan , heat oil. Once oil is hot, put the eggplant pcs in it with pulpy white side down. Once they are red, turn them and fry till they are little soft, then add oions

 



 

• Once onions are little translucent, add in sliced tomatoes and saute.

• Then add in salt and haldi to pan.

• Add in sliced chilli and saute till almost done .

• Enjoy with hot rotis!!!!!

Cilantro Dip ( dahniya ki chutney)

This cilantro dip can be enjoyed with food or snacks. It can be stored for a week refrigerated.

Ingredients:


1) 1 Bunch of cilantro
2)  1/4 sliced onion
3)  1-2 sliced garlic  pcs
4) 1/4 inch ginger sliced
5)  1 green chilli
6) 2 tsp jaggery owder
7) 1/2 tsp salt
8) 2 tsp amchur powder

Grind them all together to make it a smooth paste. Its all ready to refrigerate and enjoy :)



 

Mint dip (mint ki chutney)

This spicy tangy dip can be stored refrigerated and enjoyed for 10 days, with dinner or snacks.

Ingredients:

1. Bunch of mint
2. 1/4 small onion (sliced)
3. 1 green chilli
4. less than 1/2 tomato (sliced)
5. 1 1/2  tsp amchur powder
6. 2 tsp sugar
7. 1/2 tsp salt

Grind all above ingredients till its smooth. Refrigerate and Enjoy !!!! Yes, its that easy :)

Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Repairing Mask Review

 

 

 

When I think of healthy breakfast, yogurt and fruit tops the list. The benefits of yogurt are amazing- protein, calcium, vitamin D and probiotics. This would all definitely make up for a good system inside, but did you know that yogurt can make your skin glow too.  My grandma would always apply a layer of yogurt on face for an instant glow. She would call it a wonder mask which moisturizes, fights acne, relieve sunburn and is anti-aging. I have definitely tried it :) I just loved how it would smooth my skin out, but I hated all slimy thing getting into my eyes.

 

 

 

I was looking for a yogurt based face mask and got a chance to try Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Repairing Mask. As soon as I opened the box, I was in love. It smell like a berry yogurt. Curbing the urge to eat it, I applied it on my face. Make sure you avoid eye area.  I let it on for 10 mins, and caught up on my favorite magazines.

Then I rinsed my face with warm water. I was impressed, my skin felt moisturized and fresh. The mask has Berry extracts to deliver nutrition and antioxidants deep into the skin. I did use a toner before applying mask to get most benefits out of mask. I am planning to use it weekly and promote collagen production for firmer skin.

          I am so excited, warmer days are finally here. More time outdoors, on beach , having fun at all parties. With all get togethers, comes fun food and drinks. Cascade Ice Review- Guilt-Free Taste

         After a harsh winter, I am glad that its finally warming up now. I am so ready for all summer parties and fun on our patio. No party is complete without some fun refreshing drinks. I love how Nuby gives an opportunity to turn fun bath time into a leaning experience.  The set contains 26 letters and 10 numbers in fun colorful printed design.  The letters and numbers float in water and stick to wall when wet.

My daughter easily figured out the trick that the numbers are going to stick when wet as you can see in the pic above. She would dip the letters and numbers in water and have fun sticking them. I would ask her to find different numbers and she was really excited to find it and than stick it on wall.

Phthalate and BPA FREE, the foam bath letters and numbers are suggested for ages 18+ months.
