Jamba Juice Fruit & Veggie Smoothie Review

As a mom, I really wish I can make my daughter eat her fruit and veggies daily. But we all know, it’s always a challenge to get them eat it. According to a recent study conducted by Produce For Better Health Foundation (PBH), only 1% adults and 2% kids meet  their daily fruit and veggie recommendation. So I was really excited to get this opportunity through Moms Meet to try Jamba Juice Fruit & Veggie Smoothies.

All set to try the Smoothies :)

I was really hoping that my daughter likes them as each of these delicious smoothies contain two servings of fruit and one serving of veggie and are made from real, whole fruit and vegetable juice- no added sugar.

I ordered the Jamba Kids Berry Beet it! Smoothie for my daughter and Tropical HarvestSmoothie for me. After reading a list of vegetables and fruit that this smoothie has, I was not sure if my daughter will like it. On the contrary, my daughter, really loved it, she did not want to even share it with us. It was a delicious blend of strawberries, mangos, bananas and mixed berry juice with carrots, beets, broccoli, spinach, kale, and lettuce. Even without sugar, it had the taste sweet enough for kids to like it and is truly deceptively delicious. I have been having real difficult time, making my daughter eat spinach, kale and beets and I was happy that she could get all this in this smoothie.

I absolutely loved the Tropical Harvest smoothie. If you love mangos like me, then this is going to be your favorite too. It’s made with a fusion of  mangos, peaches blended with juices from butternut squash, sweet potato and carrots. I could taste sweet mangos, perfectly balanced with the veggies making it one of the best smoothies I have tried.

Both happy after trying Jamba Juice Fruit & Veggie Smoothie

I am really excited that Jamba juice came up with these healthy ranges of fruit and veggie smoothies which make it a perfect snack on the go.  It was so easy to eat all these vegetables and fruits in form of smoothie. The smoothie was easy to digest and you would be happy to know that these were dairy and gluten free.
